Glass Edge Profiling Machine
This machine is suitable for the peripheral processing of circular and special-shaped lenses with medium and small planes to meet the requirements of size and appearance.
1) The clamping mode is pneumatic clamping, and the pressure is adjustable;
2) The left and right movement is driven by servo motor, and the chamfer is accurate;
3) The rotating speed of the workpiece is driven by the stepping motor, and the grinding is uniform
4) The processing process can be carried out automatically after the time set by the program;
5) The equipment is equipped with double grinding wheels, which can complete rough and fine machining at one time;
6) The outer diameter of circular lens is controlled by fine-tuning profiling, and the accuracy is stable;
7) The profiled lens adopts profiling and 1:1 direct grinding,
8) The headstock is lifted and lowered automatically under the action of air cylinder, which is convenient for clamping;
9) Stainless steel water pump has mixing function, and the grinding liquid does not precipitate;
10) The headstock and base of the main engine are formed by casting, with reasonable structural design, precision, stability and high efficiency;

1) The spindle motor is controlled by frequency converter, with wide speed regulation range and convenient and fast process parameter setting;
2) The workpiece rotation is controlled by stepping motor + planetary reducer,
3) The workpiece translation and chamfering are controlled by servo motor + planetary reducer,
4) The speed of spindle and workpiece can be adjusted by frequency conversion and pulse respectively, which can be set separately;
5) The workpiece is vacuum adsorbed and pneumatically clamped;
6) During the conversion of loading and unloading and rough and fine grinding, the headstock is lifted and lowered automatically by the cylinder;
7) Processing times can be recorded;
8) Install fixed protective covers at all transmission parts;
9) Install safety switch and safety lock on each box cover;
